Just for you, Yosemite!

In honor of Yosemite National Park and the fact it is still dangerously on fire due to an irresponsible camper, I would like to share some of my favorite photographs from a visit.  We did a few hikes, ate lunch at the The Ahwahnee Lodge and just stood in awe under these massive stone giants.  We plan to go back one day and hike Half Dome, fingers crossed!   In 2007, my husband and I took a 4 month road trip (12K miles) around the country and went to all the National Parks we could.  Incredible!  You can see our trip in a book I created here... warning: it has as many pages as they let you include!

We were only able to stay 2-3 days which wasn't nearly long enough.  If you ever get a chance to visit, don't pass it up.  It's such an amazing, majestic place it's hard to believe and take in.  As a side note, if you do visit.... PLEASE follow park rules (ie. campfire laws, park signage, do not feed the animals even if they are extremely adorable).

Thank you to all the people involved in trying to save and protect one of our greatest National and World treasures!  Cheers to you all and be safe!
